Empowering Romanian Youth
HorezuFutures is a student-run organization that aims to give aid to give the children of Romania a better future by providing free English tutoring to Romanian families that cannot afford lessons or to students who need assistance in their journey toward English fluency. Our Approach
At HorezuFutures, we believe that education is the key to unlocking a brighter future for underprivileged children in Romania. Through our non-profit youth organization, we empower high school students to volunteer and teach English to these children. By providing free Zoom tutoring sessions, we aim to equip them with the language skills they need to access more opportunities and create a better life for themselves.
About HorezuFutures
HorezuFutures is a non-profit youth organization run by high school students in Ponte Vedra. Our members are sons and daughters of Romanian immigrants, who banded together to give Romanian children opportunities that our parents left the country for. We started out in 2022 by giving children lessons directly in Romania and organized online to continue our mission in the US.
